Visuals for Worship offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. When You Purchase and/or Download Content:

By purchasing any item from Visuals for Worship, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferrable license. You and/or your employer are fully responsible for acquiring any other necessary licenses needed for the intended use of the content.
This license is a single user license that allows you to use the content. No one may copy, use, borrow or sell content for any reason.
No content may be re-packaged or re-sold.
This license is for use by only one (1) organization in a single location/site and is limited for use on up to two (2) computers or devices.
If your organization consists of various satellite locations (a church with a main campus and several satellite campuses), each separate location will require a separate product license.
Any uploading of the content to YouTube, Vimeo and/or any other "user generated content website" or "mobile site" is strictly prohibited and any such uploading shall be deemed a violation of your obligations pursuant to this license and will result in the automatic revocation of this license.
You and/or your employer are responsible for obtaining and maintaining licenses and licensing fees, if any are incurred, for the use of this content. These licenses and licensing fees may include, but may not be limited to, licenses from and licensing fees paid to Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI), ASCAP, BMI, and/or SESAC.
Additional licenses for using content in recording, video and web streaming are available separately. Please Contact Us for more information on streaming licenses. Each church in which the content is used should consult with their own legal counsel to ascertain their obligations.
Purchases will be billed from ‘Visuals for Worship’.
We offer a 48 hour window for the user to download content after the user has initiated the first download of a file.
Visuals for Worship has the right to update product prices at any time without notice.
The website, products, and services may be terminated without any notice.

Refund Policy:

Your purchase of any license to any Visuals for Worship product is "final" and will not be refunded except in the event of a mistake on our part or a malfunction during the download process.
